TRAINING, STAFF DEVELOPMENT &     ON-JOB TRAINING

Gauteng petrol Attendants Academy provides training to individuals who wish to work in the petroleum industry (Garages/Service Stations).

We provide professionally trained personnel in the service station/ petrol stations/garages.

We also do on-job training where we conduct training and refresher courses to people working in the service stations/garages.

We have a team of dedicated trainers who are able to work with minimum supervision. Gauteng Petrol Attendants Academy guarantees professional personnel and well trained staff at all times.

We train the following; Petrol Attendants, Computerized Cashiers, Forecourt Managers, Supervisors and Merchandisers.

PROCEDURE OF SUPPLYING THE PERSONNEL/STAFF

Gauteng petrol attendants Academy provides professionally trained staff to petrol stations at no cost. This is because the trainees would have paid for the training and job placement.

Gauteng Petrol attendants Academy does not get involved in any employment agreement between the two parties (the employer and the employee) and is not involved in any monetary transaction taking place between the employer and the employees.

However the employer is free to involve the institution (Gauteng Petrol Attendants Academy) if there is any misconduct done by the person/persons whom we have supplied to you.

                                                                                             

Gauteng Petrol attendants Academy will make a visit to the service station at least once  a month to find out if there is any misconduct from the personnel we have supplied and to see if they are executing their services professionally.
